The 13 All Blacks who lost their lives in WWI no longer have a voice to tell their
tale of what it was like to grow up in a new country on the brink of war. Now
they can have that voice - through this film. We'll delve back into the early
1900's and examine each man, his personality, his rugby career and ultimately,
the price he eventually paid for his King and country. Presented and narrated by
a former All Black, we will take a trip back through time and into the present
with a return to each battlefield by our film crew. This project is still in
it's concept stage. |

In 1943, 617 Squadron, RAF, "The Dambusters" was a single squadron formed during
the Second World War to carry out a single special and dangerous task. That operation
"Chastise" has since become a legend in the annals of military history.
The sole-surving pilot from that raid is New Zealander, Les Munro of Tauranga.
Nixon Pictures provided film services alongside James Holland, the UK presenter
associated with our client; Maya Vision International. |

A Rotten Shame |
This doco examined the biggest problem that homeowners have ever had to face in New
Zealand - leaky homes. We filmed for over three years which had the added bonus
of being able to follow the stories through to an outcome and keep up with
the rapidly changing compensation packages being thrashed out by the government.
"Devastatingly laid out... just when you thought the engaging, hard-hitting primetime
documentary was as dead as public service television. Excellent if terrifying
television."

'Words of War' - The Peter Arnett Story |
In development is a film that tells the story of Pulitzer-winning kiwi-born war correspondent
Peter Arnett, as he takes us back to the killing fields that were
his office for 35 years where he lived the biggest news stories of the day, wielding
a pen and camera that rattled windows all the way to the White House. We
are raising funds right now to get to China with our crew. Nixon Pictures have
already filmed the New Zealand segments of this film with Peter. |
